Advanced Electrolysis

Minor skin blemishes can have a major effect on how we look and feel about ourselves. Skin blemishes are more common than many people would think, and advanced electrolysis can treat these blemishes making a real difference to our confidence.

Electrolysis has been used for many years as a safe, quick, and effective treatment for a range of skin blemishes and conditions. Skin blemishes can and do occur on many different types of people and can be caused by natural ageing, UV damage and some health conditions.

What is Advanced Electrolosis?

Advanced electrolysis uses a current and fine needles to either cauterise or lift away the superficial skin giving immediate results to reduce and remove skin blemishes. After a consultation with The Skin Specialist Nurse who will discuss the treatment and aftercare you need to remove the blemishes with advanced electrolysis.

What Can Be Treated?

Most types of skin blemishes can be removed or improved with advanced electrolysis techniques including;

• Blood spots and red facial veins – Electrolysis will support the veins to fade and begin to disappear
• Skin Tags – These small blemishes are removed leaving a small mark which will fade over time.
• Milia – Once the electrolysis has cauterised and removed the milia it is reabsorbed back into the skin.
• Other areas of concerns including some types of cysts, warts and moles can also be removed with advanced electrolysis techniques.

Advanced electrolysis is an effective and immediate way to treat a range of skin blemishes, and many have very little down time after the treatment. Once the skin has naturally healed the blemish will be significantly reduced or removed altogether.
