Cancellation policy:
We are always as accommodating as possible to assist our clients, however, due to the increased demand for treatments we have a cancellation policy in place.
We kindly ask that you give us at least 48 hours’ notice for cancelling or rescheduling any appointments or a £25 rebooking and cancellation fee will be applicable.
If you are running late for your appointment please call us. If you arrive later than 10 minutes after your appointment time we cannot guarantee your appointment will go ahead.

Customers are aware and agree that the results of aesthetic treatments will vary on an individual, case by case basis and that final results cannot be guaranteed.
